Should I keep my eyes closed?
Yes. Keep your eyes closed throughout the session, and don't look directly into the LEDs at any point. If you find the light uncomfortable through closed lids, use an eye covering underneath the mask.

How long is a session?
The built-in timer ends it automatically — you don't need to watch the clock.

Can I use it with serum on?
Apply skincare after the session, not before. Clean dry skin first.

What if something's wrong with my item?
If it arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery — we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice.
